For Arts.Inc ’25, I coordinated a multidisciplinary team of 13 people, overseeing event management, partner sourcing, and marketing. I was responsible for aligning the team’s workflow, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring the event vision was consistently executed across all departments. Together with Ilian Costa, I created the opening show, using Midjourney as a creative tool to explore visual concepts and set the tone of the event. This project highlights my leadership skills, strategic organization, and ability to merge creative direction with practical event execution.
